Heart of Wales Golf Breaks

Just a quick line to thank you for your company taking such good care of us during our recent golf break. The Metropole was excellent, food and rooms all received complimentary remarks from my pals. In addition the weather was very kind to us which always makes a difference. Suffice to say your individual contribution to the organisation was much appreciated by me.

We had a great weekend, everything went without a hitch. The courses were fabulous, fun, in great condition and the scenery spectacular. The people we met at the courses were all very inviting and friendly and after last year we could not have wished for better weather! The hotel was excellent, in particular the breakfasts! Thanks again

Just to say a BIG thank you. We all had a super time last week end.  The organisation was excellent. Everything worked like clockwork. The courses were really good. All three so different and the Pros were all helpful.  And what can I say about Ali and the staff at the Greyhound they made us so welcome. Bedrooms were a bit basic. But the overall attention we received was super. So saying we liked it so much we are going to come back next year. You should hear from me soon !! ps and it did NOT rain!!

The courses were all excellent, in good condition and in spectacular scenery. Even the weather was good. The Metropole hotel was great, with good facilities and the food was plentiful and of a very good standard. It was certainly the best value tour we have ever had. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable trip. The courses were challenging but fair and the views were terrific.
The Hotel, the food/bar/singing, was like last year, the real highlight of the trip and we want to book it again for next year. Many thanks for a marvellous experience. We will be back.

We have all arrived safe back home after a wonderful golfing trip. Weather was super.
At each of the courses we played Builth and Llandrindod we had a very warm welcome and each Golf Pro/ Manager went out of there way to provide us with every need. The Catering at Builth was quite exceptional. At the end of our round on Tuesday we had a lovely meal in the Club house.
Also, the accommodation at the Metropole Hotel was very good and more than acceptable. Rooms were very clean and staff willing and helpful. The meals were very varied and to a very good standard.
You have a winning formula and we thought it was good value.

An excellent 3 day tour in the Heart of Wales. Organisation first class. Greyhound was homely welcoming, superb meals and accommodation. Golf courses 3 gems. Good value deal. We will be back. Many thanks

We really enjoyed our break and had lovely weather again . All enjoyed the courses and the staff at all were very welcoming. The pro at Builth was very helpful in sorting out a problem with a trolley. One of our group lost a pair of expensive sunglasses on the Llandrindod Wells course. Their lady captain found them and brought them down to The Metropole. The hotel was very good and all of us enjoyed the food, which had a good range of choices.

Just a quick reply to your e-mail. Everyone thought the golf course and the catering at Cradoc were absolutely superb as were the staff in the clubhouse and especially Richard and his assistant in the shop. The course at Llandrindod was also in great condition.

"We all enjoyed our break immensely. Everyone enthused about their room, except the guy who had two single beds in his. Food and service were also very good. Over dinner on our last evening we were discussing venues for our May break next year. It will either be Wales again or a trip to the Scottish borders, as we have not been there for the last two years. "
